Online Pathophysiology- help?!

hey everyone i'm seriously struggling hardcore with patho. i go loyola chicago (im a soph.) its an online class and each lecture for each chapter is like 2 hours long, plus all the extra stuff in the book. we just had our first exam and i got a 70, which would be a C but the school of nursing grading scale says its a D. The class avg. for the exam was a 70 and my teacher isn't considering curving it. Any tips on how to pass patho?! I need a C- to pass and I'm freaking out!!!! thanks

I would look at what you got wrong and see how you can fix it for the future. Try some different ways to study and you can email the instructor for any advice. I have never had a test curved in or outside of nursing school but I hear it does happen a lot. Thankfully it's only your first test and often times I won't beat myself up to much over a first test, especially if it's a teacher I have never had. You don't know how the teacher tests will be until after that first test. Try not to dwell on it to much and just work on how you can improve it by going over your previous test.
