Hi all...I am reading and re-reading .. once accepted in the Nursing Program -students must provide proof of Health Insurance. I do not have Health Insurance any longer since I was laid off(position eliminated) last year. I am just starting back to college to do the required prerequisites so I can apply into the program. But I do not want to be behind the 8ball come March when applying for entrance. I am In Texas ..if any one has recent $$ figures for the student health insurance ..please post approx costs for me. :redpinkhe:redpinkhe

Many schools have a student health insurance plan that is relatively cheap. Now you'd have to be dead before these plans would cover anything, but you'd be set as far as having insurance.
