omnicell recall

Can omnicell recall if an item was selected and then skipped and not pulled out and never charged to the pt. on the screen it says "item never issued" but can a report be issued that shows what drawers were opened, or can a report only be made to show what items were charged,returned and wasted?

    Dont quite understand your question. But if you hit the skip button and that is what you did there would be no record of it. It would be possible to inventory the drawer and determine if more drugs were requested than use if you did not hit the skip button. I have to assume you are trying to prove you did not give a medication

    your question is not clear. I think you might need to talk to whomever manages the machine (Pharmacy?) or to accounting
