OHSU or Kaiser?

I just graduated and was offered an orthopedic position or emergency surgery position at OHSU for their Transition To Practice Program. If anyone has experience in these specialties could you talk about how you’ve liked it? Also, would the Emergency Surgery unit set me up for success to go into ICU or other critical care areas? 
 

I also have a offer for Kaiser on regular med surg in Hillsboro. Does anyone have experience with that hospital? How is is?

If you’ve worked both, please let me know how you’d compare them.
