Offered my second nursing position

This will be short and sweet because my negotiating time is limited. I am looking to leave my current position for a small doctor's office. I was offered the job and I asked at that time if the position included health benefits. Setting aside the fact that I should have asked this question way sooner, what do I do now that I know I would have to pay $300 out of pocket when I only pay roughly $70 now? Obviously it's time to negotiate. My question to all of you is how much do you pay into your insurance now and what type of facility do you work at?

I paid $400/mo out of pocket for my entire family to be covered by the plan. Copays extra. This was in an acute care setting, unionized staff. The insurance was sliding scale based on hours worked. I paid more because I was part time. Full timers paid less...much less (maybe half that). Congrats on the job offer. Hope you enjoy the new job!

I weighed the pros and cons and decided to move forward with the new job. I was able to negotiate a much better deal. Thank you for taking the time out to reply!
