I just would like to know if anyone else is apply for entrance into Spring 2019 class in NYU? I am currently in the process of finishing my A.S at BMCC and my gpa isn't the greatest and I know NYU doesn't really look at the GPA as a major deciding factor. I wanted to know is there any hope to get in with a GPA 2.5?

I know this is old but that was my concern as well since my GPA is a 3.0. I'm trying to get into the transfer program at NYU. I have a friend who is currently in the ABSN program and she mentioned to me that a couple of her classmates came in with not only different degrees but also not the best GPAs so don't give up!!! She suggested that I have some strong letters of recommendation as well as a unique statement letter that'll help me stand out amongst the many who are applying to the program. I have just completed my commonapp application two weeks ago and I got my professor, nurse manager and a staff nurse that wrote some excellent letters of recommendations for me. I'm putting all my eggs in one basket with this school so I am hoping that I hear from them asap.
Same here i just feel stressed because this is the only school i am applying to
Same! And I know I shouldn't put all my eggs in one basket but I'm really hoping to get into NYU

I'm a transfer student from Seattle and I'm planning on applying to the BSN program for spring. I'm having a hard time finishing my essay. Does anyone have any pointers?
Applying across the country is a spontaneous move for me, but I fell in love with the program. I'm nervous!
Did you hear anything back from NYU? I just received an e-mail today that my application has been acknowledged and I will be receiving my log in information to track my admission status.
