NYU NICU

Hello Everyone!

As of lately, Ive been thinking about going into NICU again. This time trying out in a diffrent hospital. I'm currently working in a mother baby unit. Does anyone work in NYU's Nicu or knows someone that does that can give me insight as to the following questions.

How is the unit orientation? Did you feel prepared and confident to work as a nicu nurse after?

Can you describe your orientation process?

What is the unit culture?

Do you feel supported as a nurse?

Please feel free to add anything else you may feel will be beneficial to my knowledge about the hospital and unit>
