I am applying for the Residency Program at NYU. Can anyone give me any info on the interview process or any aspect of working there which could be useful?

NYU has what they call a "nurse residency program" for new graduates. It's a mentored work experience for a bsn grad. After an eight week preceptor orientation you get a mentor for the duration of the program. It's supposed to last for one year. Hope this helps.
