NWB status

I just need a little handy tip on how to transfer my mom who is total NWB due to an ortho procedure with fixation from the car . Her balance is so/so but does well with a walker and transfer from chair to bed, chair to chair etc and steps. How can I get her out of the car with out weight bearing ?
