NVCC Spring 2023

This is the first semester that required TEAS since COVID! I applied I hope I get in. I’m so nervous! Who else applied? 
Heres my stats:

4.0 

2 out the 4 co reqs completed

79.5 reading 

100 science 

94 math

english and language 87.9 

overall 91%

 

Do you think I will get accepted? I was worried about my reading score?

Hi, 91 is a solid score on the TEAS, but you should look at the TEAS requirements for the school.  For example if the minimum for them is 70 and you meet all other requirements then you could say you have a good chance of acceptance. But again, check the school's minimum/competitive requirements and that should give you an idea.

@RN2B85 I looked at the school requirement, I didn’t finish all the coreqs so I wanted to compare my stats to others that got accepted! Thank you!!

Do you know how many people were accepted in the Spring cohort I applied for the fall 2023 and I want to know if maybe I stand a chance my TEAS score was 89 and I have all co-reqs completed GPA is 3.5.

Yes you have a good chance! They accepted 80 the last cohort! Do you have A's in bio and psychology

I think it's probably new since they are probably accepting more students now, but I think if someone does not attend the orientation meeting or withdraws from the program before it starts then their seat will be given to the next person on the waiting list that's what our email said.

@Michelle 95 they probably will send you a email last minute! That's what happened to few ppl last semester. So just be on the look out! Good luck
