Nutrition Project help!!

I am working on a nutriton project for medsurg 1 that's due tomorrow. I am almost done but have to write something on the question below. Problem is I can't think of 2 public health concerns that have a bearing on nutritional status.

Can someone give me some ideas?:D

What are 2 public health concerns that have a bearing on nutritonal status?

You could do something maybe on immigration which is a public health concern and how perhaps the children of the immigrants do not seek out proper healthcare or know what is the best food to feed their children or diabetes is probably the biggest health care concern right now especially with a growing population of obese children now getting type 2 so nutrition therapy is definitely a big obstacle with that.
