Nursing Study Tips

This is my third time taking this course to finish out to take my state. For anyone that completed the state test, from everything you read in your Nursing class textbooks, are we going to need to know everything in the future, like determine anything that you may come across?

I have a weird way of studying my lectures as well. I mean, I have to read every word until I can repeat any word I can say it to myself. But I do have a problem that, what ever I read, I don't actually understand it. What kind of studying is that? Anyway to fix that problem?

Please, I need some other studying techniques/tips that I can process what I read?
