Nursing scope of practice

I need clarification on whether or not rectal prolapse reduction is within the nursing scope of practice? I work in home health and received a referral on a patient today for this reason and I don't want to risk my license performing a procedure outside the scop of practice. I tried to find clarification online, but couldn't find an answer. Any help (with source if possible) would be greatly appreciated!!
