What's a process record?

And my books were way more expensive and I bought way more than 10 throughout school. I think I averaged $300-$500 a semester on just nursing books.

Lol, that was great, brought back memories for me :)

Process records though - they look fairly horrible! Glad I didn't have to do those, care plans were bad enough.
