I recently started working as a school nurse in a private school with special needs students, such as Autism and ADHD. Due to their nonverbal communications, I was constantly writing incident reports, so everything on the paper are crucial for possible future court evidence. Does anyone have a good resources of nursing care plan book or ant books or support groups I can look into it? Many thanks!

I'm lost...what are the incident reports for? Why is this possible further court evidence?
Individualized Healthcare Plans for the School Nurse (Sunrise River Press) comes with a computer program that has auto-filled care plan templates. It's a bit hard to work with, and I typically end up just making my own in Word. But it might be a good resource if you are new.
You can honestly Google care plans and see some great info online, that is free. Make your own templates and keep them to use in future years. The paperwork burden will get more manageable.
