Nursing Programs in Houston

So I've been thinking and I want to do RN, but I'm at lost on what I should do first to get to that. I haven't finished my associates yet, I only need 4 more classes, but after that? What's my next step?

As well do you know of a good nursing program and were you able to do full time work and do the program and how did you do it? I work as a medical aide at a public charter school so I'm not sure if I will have to quit that job to continue school or not. Any advice would be appreciated!
