Nursing in Ohio

Can someone give me a heads up concerning the nursing "climate " in Ohio, particuraly the Toledo area? I might be relocating back to the area and I wondered about the availability of jobs and the salaries. Thanks for your input!

no problems on ohio getting a job, and pay isnt too bad either.
