I'm having some problems setting up this problem....Thanks for the help!!
1000mcg/ml give 0.4g

Try sorting it out like this. How many miligrams does 1000 mcg equal, and how many miligrams are in 0.4 grams? Once you figure that, it should be easy to see how many ml are needed.

I do dimensional analysis. Whatever you are looking for should always be on top at the beginning. I', assuming you are looking for mL? Then it should look like this...
1 mL/1000 mcg x 1000 mcg/1mg x 1000 mg/ 1 g x 0.4 g= 400 mL
