Nursing documentation please help

:nurse: HELLO MY FELLOW NURSES :nurse:, I AM LOOKING FOR A GOOD AND TIME EFFECTIVE NURSING FLOW SHEET. CURRENTLY THE FLOW SHEET THAT I USE NOW TAKE APPROX 30 MINS PLUS TO COMPLETE WITH 6 PATIENTS THAT IS ENTIRELY TOO LONG :mad:. PLEASE HELP MY FELLOW NURSES. THE BEST SHEET THAT I HAVE USED SO FAR HAS BEEN FROM THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF PHILLY WHERE IT WAS A CHART BY EXCEPTION SHEET AND IT WAS VERY EFFECTIVE. I HAVE USED OTHERS THAT WAS NOT CHART BY EXCEPTION BUT HAVE BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE, AGAIN PLEASE HELP ME ON MY SEARCH...THANKS TO ALL :yeah:

    Many hospitals are switching to computer charting, so there will be fewer flowsheets floating around these days.

    The only places still using flowsheets at my hospital are procedural units like PACU and GI procedures.

    My ICU used to have a good one, that took 5-10 minutes to fill out including vitals, assessments and I&O's. I don't have a copy anymore.
