Nursing where you were a CNA

What are some of the complications that you have noticed when becoming a new nurse in the place you used to work as a CNA.

So far there haven't been any major issues for me. I am a new grad nurse at the same facility and same unit I was a CNA on. I get congrats from my coworkers, CNAs and nurses alike.

The only issues are with me getting used to delegating to CNAs I used to work with. They seem to take it well and I'm respectful about it.

I I think as long as you don't go in with an entitled attitude and act better then your CNAs then you should be fine. You might get a jealous CNA here and there, but it should be fine for the most part if you are professional and respectful.
