Nurses week (night shift )

How is nurses week celebrated in your hospital ? What do they do for the night shift nurses ? Where I work is like we (night team) are not even part of nursing.They always exclude us and whatever celebration they have takes place early afternoon and in the mornings to the point that our new night supervisor complained.
