nurse intern interview

Hey everyone! Coming to the end of the semester only 1 more to go after this! I found out today I have a panel interview for a nurse internship interview!! YAY!! My question is I do not have a job history just clinicals from school should I create a portfolio of my clinicals/location of clinicals? I have been on the dean's list a few times in school not every semester but a few should I include that in it, skills I have done/observed, or since I have no work experience should I forget the portfolio until apply for a job?

Opinions? interview in is 1 and 1/2 weeks. Excited but super super nervous haven't ever had an interview before and the whole panel thing really freaks me out.
