I am up to about 80-95 questions a day. I make notes of all the rationales of questions that I did not get correct and study those before going to bed. Sometimes it is hard to concentrate. However, your test may very well be 265 questions (NCLEX-RN) and you have to build up your stamina. I am also trying to build up my speedy comprehension skills as well. Best of luck to you!
