NP work as RN in Mass??

Can a NP work as a bedside nurse also? I've looked for the answer, but haven't come across it.

    Yes all NPs are RNs.

    I guess what I am asking is if you are an NP practicing as an RN will you be held to different standards b/c you possess the advance practice degree?
