Hey, I'm an RN looking into possibly going to NP school. I was wondering if some of you wouldn't mind sharing some info with me.

What kind of NP are you? (acute care, peds...)

How many hours do you work a week?

How many hours do you take call a week?

    How many hours do you work a week? Currently, 20. Will be increasing to about 36/week since I will be going full-time.

    How many hours do you take call a week? On call every 4th weekend from 0700-1900.

    I work 40 hours a week at the clinic, but spend an additional 15-20 hours at home charting and doing paperwork.
