Northeastern Direct Entry MSN 2024

Hi! Yes I applied and was accepted into the psych track! 

best to go to a different school if you have the chance. NE SON is a total rip off and they do not have enough preceptor for your grad part, so do not believe them if they tell you so. Lets take my words with a grain of salt, and 2-3 years from now you will be thinking about these words in your head. If you really want to become a nurse practitioner, and not feel like you've been robbed, go to a different school in Ma. Just my 2cents.

TBH, I am not entirely sure. NP programs across the nation are becoming cash cows and lack quality. I hear good things about Boston College, but the individuals I know went through the BC program back in the early 2000's. It could be very different now, and the tuition is as high as northeastern. I would look on this site for comments regarding BC or may jus go to the campus and talk to the NP students there if it's possible. I do not know what to say about other University is MA, though  I will tell you that it cant get worse than NEU. the big point is that, even if the other schools have a bad rep, it will not cost you an arm and a leg.

NEU just live on their reputation, which they lobby and pay all the sites to give them a nice regional rank and reviews. If you ask any NEU NP alumni from the last 4-5 years, they will tell you to run the other way.

I'm planning to attend UMASS for their DNP program hopefully that one is better

Have you looked at Georgetown's program? It is brand new transition from their previous CNL program and I haven't heard much about it

I applied to it! my application is on hold tho cause they need extra documents -.-
