When I graduated high school I went STRAIGHT into the Army. No SAT or ACT Tests. Nothing. I think I took an accuplacer test for KCKCC but I'm not sure.
What's the likelyhood they would waive that for me?

You would have to double check with the school that you are attending. Most of the time this is a requirement of the state and therefore could not be waived.
If I were you I would just plan on taking the exam

Depends on how old you are and if you have taken college classes anywhere, typically.
If you are not a traditional student (straight out of high school), look around for colleges that have special programs for older students. I never took the SATs. I didn't need to. I knew when I graduated high school I would be starting at the community college and that didn't require it. Most of the other schools in my area that I would transfer to looked at my performance at the community college.
I never finished my degree back then and just started back about 2 years ago at the CC. I'm about to turn 32 and I was accepted to a 4 year school and start in a few weeks. They looked at my experience and CC performance.
So just check around! You may not need the SATs!

You should be able to just to take college entrance exam for placement. I used that instead of SAT. I dont think you can take english or math without that IF you didnt take SAT. So if you took those classes..you've most likely taken a placement test and should be fine.
I'm about to take College Algebra this fall. I had to start at Elem. Algebra. The advisor said it shouldn't be an issue since I'd be a transfer student with a degree already. Good news!
