Well, you should probably have the Core Curriculum...
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0721603947/sr=8-1/qid=1156575969/ref=pd_bbs_1/103-0702571-0234229?ie=UTF8
And there is a core review that goes right along with it...

I personally just bought the core review and did the questions. Haven't taken the NCC exam yet, but this review book is a great way to prepare. After you take the tests in the book, there is a section that gives a detailed rationale for each and every answer!

Man, you're right. For NNP, it really does seem like there's not much out there. That was by far the toughest Google job I've had in a long time and I still don't have a specific NNP review for you. Check out the site below and see if anything there will help. I don't see a specific NNP exam review, but there are review books for different topics (infection, cardiac, etc.)

Good luck!

There is a terrific conference to help NNPs study for the NCC NNP Certification Exam. It is sponsored by the Florida Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Each year they have a conference with two tracks. Track A is for seasoned NNPs and Track B "provides a general overview to help the attendant prepare for NCC Certification". The next conference will be held October 17 through 21, 2006 in Clearwater, Florida.
The "B" Track workshops include: surgical, congenital heart disease, neonatal sepsis, metabolic/endocrine function, renal function and failure, respiratory disease, fluid and electrolyte management, blood gas evaluation and ventillator management, neurology review, hematology review, pharmacology review, nutritional review, genetics review, and test taking and study tips.
For more information, click on http://www.fannp.org/ then click on "Conference" and then click on "2006 Conference Brochure".
Wishing you the best of luck when you sit for your exam!!!
