NMC Portal Problem

Hi good day, colleagues!!!

I am trying everything here, taking my chances. Anyways, Ive uploaded my new NBI/police cert portal as they need a new one. Ive saved it and the file name was even changed with the new one.

The problem is, everytime I try to download the file to make sure I have the right file on it, it still shows the old certificate. Ive tried reuploading, used different computers/mobiles even browsers, still showing the old file. Already emailed nmc but i have to wait 10 days for a reply.

Someone help me with this. This is the only thing that stops me from clicking the submit button. Huhuhu. I dont want to risk my application and be placed again in the last rank of the assessment queue. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

That has been a known ongoing issue with NMC's that they have aknowledged but have yet to fix.

Just upload the new one. As long as the file name has changed from the previous to the current one you're trying to upload then it's fine. I went through the ordeal myself and called them regarding it. That's what i was told.
