if you'll look closely, there is already a thread solely for queries regarding applying to nj bon appropriately named "new jersey" and your query has already been answered in that thread countless times, complete with the links to nj bon. all you have to do is read it. it is self-explanatory and if you still don't want to believe your fellow posters you may want to ask the nj bon directly. their contacts are in their to. the links going to the nj bon website was also been provided already by many posters in that thread. thank you.
