NICU Interview

I will be interviewing for a position in a NICU next week.

I am an almost new grad and am unfamiliar with the practices within a NICU. I am wondering if anyone can recall some of the questions they were asked during their interview. What kind of critical thinking questions should I be prepared to answer?

Any words of advice?

i interviewed in nicu as a new grad and i didn't have any medically based questions...i think they were more interested in finding out what type of person i am; how i problem solve and how i deal with challenges and change

my interview was a behavioral interview so the questions all began with "tell me about a time when xxx (you were frustrated, you were proud of yourself, etc)" and then i would get asked follow up questions about my answers...and, of course, i was asked why i wanted to be a nicu nurse. :)
