Hello everyone, I'm a foreign graduate nurse,I just want to ask if you have heard of "allied health care group"? They are asking me to pay a partial visa fee of 3,000 USD to support my visa petition fees under H1B visa. Is this legit or a scam? I need your knowledge and opinion about this one, thanks!!!

Scam. H1B all costs MUST be paid by the sponsoring employee. Are you a RN/BSN with several years of paid specialty experience as that is a requirement of this visa

Yes, Im a RN with BSN degree. They say the 300 USD is refundable once successfully employed by their employer. They quote that the 300 USD is to secure their huge investments and to ensure that candidates will strictly follow their procedures and work at their standards.

By the way, Thanks for the response :-)

They lie. It's illegal to require a candidate to pay for an H1B. Plus many nurse Applications for h1B have been rejected lately
