Hi y'all,am new in here ..and i just moved maryland...am searching for nursing school(12 months)i have heard abt some like Comprehensive health academy, vmt......they are just no good...i wud like,if y'all could give me a hint of a good skool.i would really appreciate dis..Thanks

Tons of info can be found on the programs in your area by doing a search on the web. Start there. also there is a forum for each state. Try that

There are community colleges that have nursing programs.

Maryland has a lot of good schools. Many community colleges offer an Associates degree in nursing, while state colleges and universities tend to offer BSN's (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). I can't offer an opinion as to which schools are better. An old friend got her degree at Allegheny Community College, but that'd be a long commute from Baltimore...
