I think it is much improved. Of course, I could nit-pick it, but don't want to do that. I would though, recommend that you put your job titles in your work experience section. Were you a home health aid? A case manager? the boss of the whole agency? What? You should specify that.

You should also simply state the facts of your certifications and licenses. For example: BLS certification 9/21/01 to present. West Virginia RN licencse #123456, July 2006.

Thank you sooo much llg. I really appreciate your help. I love nitpickers by the way....If people aren't nitpicky when teaching you things then your work will always just be ok....And I like to do things as best as i can do them.....thank you very much......................I have my first interview on wednsday....im soo happy.....THANKS
