new program at ivy tech

I have applied to nursing program while taking aphy 101. With the new program you can take aphy in your first semester of nursing school. I had planned to take it over summer but hubby is going to be off work for surgery and I have to work over summer now. Will it be too much to take the aphy with first semester. not sure if ill be in asn or pn. Still need that A in aphy! I'm from Evansville in and if I have A my points will be 131 if anyone else is from eville love to know what points you applied with as well! Another question for any aphy takers does it get any easier after bones and joint chapter LOL;)

You need APHY 101 to get the points to get in, and you can take 102 while in the program. I'm 2nd semester and currently taking advanced physio while also doing nursing classes. I will tell you that if you can AT ALL take your co reqs first do them then! Our cohort is the last 4 semester cohort and we are FLYING, I don't have any clue how you guys are supposed to do coreqs AND nursing classes at the same time. I firmly believe it would make me cry several days a week, lol. APHY isn't easy, but you will go over it again, and again, and again.... Good luck!
