New to HH .. . Help

Please help,

I recently interviewed for a peds HH agency. At the end of the interview was told I would have to wait a few weeks for a call back because of the background check. Well I got a call yesterday to come in for my orientation tomorrow morning. I wanted to clarify that she was offerring me a job and this wasnt just to see if I work well with them and she indeed confirmed it was to begin work. She then said she couldnt even give me a ball park figure on salary, and pay was based upon the cases you got and the acuity of them. This is shift work 8,10, or 12's. I want to make sure I'm not being taken for a "ride". I have 5 years of LPN peds experience but am a new RN. What should I expect for pay for orientation and subsequent hourly wages/visits. BTW I'm in VA

Thanks ahead for any feedback!:redbeathe
