new grad..

wow..i didn't realize that i have to go through tough time like this. I thought after we pass NCLEX, we are done and our future is secure. But i think i was wrong. Its been three months, i have applied so many jobs in different fields but still didn't succeed to get the job. All the employers are hunting for experienced Nurse, they dont wanna show any interest in NEW GRAD...this is crazy. I dont know why we dont have a platform where NEW GRAD like us get hired. WE ARE THE ONE WHO ARE FULL OF ENERGY AND READY TO START THE CAREER. Am i missing anything? the only think i dont have is experience. WHY THEY DONT TRUST NEW GRAD LIKE ME? Any suggesstion in job hunting?

I do not mean to offend you, but your post lacks a little in the grammar department. Have you checked your resume to be sure it is not the same?

The market has been flooded with new grads. Way too many nursing schools. New grads are expensive to train and so it is very competitive for new nurses. Some regions are worse than others. What area of the country are you in?
