I recently graduated and passed my nclex I got two job offers at home health care agents I startedworking immediatly. But I'm not sure if this is a good place to start. I don't want to lose my nursing skills, I've been applying for hospital jobs but no luck in columbus ohio. I would love to move but I don't know where. Any advice on what cities are good for new grads or should I just stick to my home health care jobs!

I think having a job (any job) is a great place to start! However, if you want to eventually be in hospital it is probably best to get there sooner rather than later. I probably applied to 30 jobs all over the country before I even got an interview, but luckily I got hired from that first interview. I would recommend expanding your search sooner rather than later. Also, it might be good if you can find out(facebook, email, etc) where other classmates have found jobs because that shows that those hospitals are considering new grads. Also, nurse residency programs might have applications open soon or around now so I would look into those and apply to as many as you can. Good luck!
P.S. I got a job at Duke. They have postings for new grads (CNI's) at the end of every month.
