So I do have a full time inpatient nights job, but I want extra $$ so I applied for a PRN outpatient infusion clinic, 8a-4p,no weekends no holidays.
Had a phone screening with the recruiter, I thought this would have a min of about 16-24 hours /month but they said they want 1-2 shifts per week, and that will be tough with my full time job already. I'm kinda waiting on til I get the job offer to negotiate for flexibility. This is my first time having a PRN. How would I negotiate this?
