I never did kaplans question bank so I can't really give you much adivce on that..But I did do Saunders as well as some others. When I was consistently getting better than 75% on my practice exams or getting every 8 out 10 questions right I felt I was ready to take the exam. I probably did 5000 q's before I took my exam, if not more. I felt I was ready to take it. I can say tho, with all the questions I took for the test, while I was sitting in there none of my practice questions seemed anywhere near as hard as that test! If you feel you are ready then I would take it, but if you have doubts I would reschedule it. It is most important that you go in there w/confidence and feeling prepared! Good luck!

Did you take the Kaplan review course too? If so, are you following their Decision Tree? What were the differences between the diagnostic test and readiness test? Is your weaker area in knowing the content or in interpreting the question? You need to establish what it is you need to focus upon.
yup i did take the whole online course... i'm done viewing the decision tree twice. my diagnostic test was 60% while my readiness test was 69.4%. i don't know why my scores in the qtrainer were low... im so worried... about ur question i think my weaker area would be a little bit of both- the content and the analyzing part... any advices???:nuke:

My thoughts are that you are never really ready to take an exam like this. Even after long preparation, once in the testing center the environment is quite intimidating from finger printing in and out and cameras watching your every move. a friend of mine said that when we study on our own we operate on the beta wave (calm) when we test we are on alpha wave (increase heart rate etc) she advised me to not start the exam until my heart rate returned to normal. Take careplan advice and do some therapeutic breathing and relaxation. Keep in mind you know the info. don't forget airway, breathing, and ciruclation, always assess, and most importantly maslow. I had lots of priority questions so becareful with those too.
