Need tips for NCLEX

I need some tips for passing the nclex.

Has anyone taken it recently?

I just graduated and I am taking nclex in 3 weeks. I've been practicing U-world questions. I practice around 90 questions a day. My scores are above average, ranging from 50's to 70s although 70's are very rare.

I am so beyond nervous.

Can anyone tell me if that is enough? Should I be looking at other resources as well?

I took the NCLEX in March, I didn't do uworld questions but have heard that NCLEX questions are extremely similar. I used hurst online review which I paid for and was mostly helpful. I also used an app called NCLEX-RN on my phone which I really liked. I passed NCLEX in 75 questions, but when I took it I definitely felt like I knew absolutely nothing and was sure I had failed. When I took it, i had mostly select all that apply and prioritizing. I wish I would have focused more on infection precautions for specific illnesses while studying. Hope this helps.

I'm in the same boat. My overall average is 66% and I'm so nervous. I plan to do all of my incorrect items also. Read/understand all of the rationales. That's what I've heard. I test 5/25 :nailbiting:

How in depth were the precaution questions?

I know what precaution for which disease. Is that sufficient?
