Need Study and Test Taking Tips for Final Exam

I have my final exam next week . For each nursing class all I do is read all of the assigned chapters and do NCLEX questions. I got a C's on both of my tests (test 1 and test 2) and wondering what I am doing wrong. I got B's on my past nursing classes using this method. Something seems to not be working this semester.

Anyone have helpful study and test taking tips? I don't usually do this poorly. I'm kind of scared going into the final with a C and studying my hardest to pass this class.

Also, the instructor has admitted to us that she puts the hardest NCLEX questions on the test. Should I do more NCLEX questions?

Thanks in advance!
