I am sorry that this happened to you. It is frustrating and overwhelming I am sure. Know that there are so many LVN's who can't find work.

I would attempt to find out how long these stipulations are going to be on your license. If there's anything you can do (ie: classes, CEU's) that would satisfy the board that you have made changes in your circumstances. You may have to have a conversation with a legal nurse consultant who may be able to help you at least figure out what your options are.

You could try and get an administrative job--case management, nurse informatics that type of thing. I would also speak to an attorney as to what is on your CORI, which could also impede employment.

It is hard to know where to turn if you have no clear indication of where you can fit into a nursing role. You could also have conversation with an HR director of a local facility to discuss options.

Best of luck to you!
