Need ideas for a skit

I am looking for ideas for a skit that my group must present showing the roles of a RN, LVN, UPA.

I am thinking of going the comedy route, since I think it will help with nerves.

Anyone have any advice on this? I can research the particulars, just trying to stand out from the other groups by being unique.

Maybe a "game show"?......

You could do a game show where a situation or task is presented and the 3 roles are the contestants and the MOST appropriate role would ring in to say that they are best suited for the task. Example a client needs morphine 4mg ivp the RN would ring in since LPNs aren't able to give ivp meds and unlicensed personnel aren't either. You can mix it up and have the wrong role buzz in and when telling them they're incorrect you can explain why they aren't suited for that task. This would also be a good teaching strategy for teaching delegation.

You could also feature a busy med-surg floor with a patient scenario, such as an 80-year-old client with CHF, COPD, and a raging bacterial infection, who is also on C-diff contact isolation. The client has a central line and is receiving several high-potency antibiotics around-the-clock. He requires frequent lab draws, including ABGs. The client also has many oral medications prescribed, among which is oral vancomycin and a probiotic. He is having frequent watery stools. You could highlight the roles of the RN, LPN, and CNA in the complex care of this client.
