need help w/ my pathophysio!!!

i'm having a hard time doing my pathophysiology for acute gastroenteritis w/ severe dehydration and another pathophysio for pneumonia...

can you please help me guyz????

my problem was i have 5 yrs old patient who diagnose with acute gastroenteritis w/ severe dehydration and her c.c was she experienced diarrhea w/ vomiting.

my question is if acute gastroenteritis and dehydration is related to each other.

if yes how? i read that a.g.e is inflammation of stomach and intestine. is it true? can u give another easy and simplest explanation for this

and what are common the causes of having age.

pls..... sorry if i had many questions.... i am really really sorry but i need help..

are acute gastroenteritis and dehydration is related to each other? yes
