At present, you are in a real pickle. I would speak to your immigration attorney as soon as possible becuase of the new rulings which have just gone into place for nurses from China, India, and the Philippines. You are going to have to go on a waiting list for a green card and wait approximately three years for your number to come up..................

Everything for you is up to the immigration attoneys right now because of this new ruling. I would speak to whoever is handling your account as soon as possible..................Sorry..............

very appreciate

plus question: whatever the process will go through three years or longer,do I have work permission during this period? If I have, the time is not the biggest issue in my mind.

thanks again

You need to speak to your immigration attorney as soon as possible. If you are able to stay, it will be at least 90 days before you can begin work legally.
