Need help finding evidence based IV Phenergan info...

I am doing an evidence based project for grad school AND wanted to do something that would make an impact on my workplace. We currently have no protocol for IV Phenergan in our hospital that I am aware of. Of course, I dilute the heck out of it and take all the precautions, but I have read here and other places that some hospitals are now banning it all together or have specific policies (i.e. it must be diluted to a specific strength and given through an openly flowing IV with NS).

I have done a CINAHL search and an EBSCO search and am turning up *very* little research information on this. I contacted the INS regarding their guidelines and they are sending me a copy (they said an electronic version was not available ???).

Any other tips in the right direction would be helpful.
