Need help in finding a career

Hi,

Please, I need any suggestions or recommendations.

I'm a RN from India. I finished my Bachelor's in Nursing and worked as an RN for about 18 months in India, which i totally loved. I Finished my MBA in health care from Dallas,Texas. Currently I'm doing the process of RN NCLEX Examination for international students. I applied for TEXAS BON. During my MBA period I did my internship as a Business Analyst. I'm looking to start a carrer in health care. As of now I'm preparing for NCLEX exam. I want to join in administrative or clerical position in any clinic or hospital. Am I eligible for Admin roles considering my MBA and RN experience in India? Is there any other Roles or jobs that I can do with my qualification? What kind of carrer opportunities do i have out there? Please, I would really appreciate if you can suggest your opinions and guidelines.

Are you looking for visa sponsorship? If born in India retrogression (wait for a visa) is over a decade. Those that applied in September 2004 will be current for processing in May 2016. You will have great difficulty finding an employer not only willing to sponsor but willing to wait & hold a position for 10-12 years. Recruiting agencies can't jump the line.

Your MBA and minimal nursing experience won't give you an edge when seeking nursing employment as most facilities have shortages of experienced specialized nurses.
