I assume you have been reading the literature on the topic. What frameworks have you found there? Most people don't use a nursing framework for their work on lateral violence. They use a critical theory perspective -- or they use the "mean girls" framework commonly found in women's studies. I've also seen it discussed in terms of "relationship-based care" as part of our relationships with colleagues. If you want to stay strictly within nursing, the relationship-based care literature might be a possibilitiy for you.

What reading have you done? What frameworks do those authors use? That's a good place to start.
