Need help with CF care plan

I need 3 diagnosis for a patient with cystic fibrosis. The patients lung sounds were clear and equal when i saw them. There was no signs of infection while i was providing care. I'm stuck and need help. Thank you.

can't help you at this point. nursing care plans are based on the abnormal assessment data you collect on the patient. a person with cystic fibrosis has lots of abnormal assessment data. look up cystic fibrosis and read about its signs and symptoms. then think about what you observed in the patient. you also should have reviewed information that the doctor documented in the chart to add to your database information. care plans address the problems patients have. this patient would not be hospitalized if everything was normal--he would be at home. so you missed things in your assessment.
